Privacy Policy

This website is the personal site of Satwick Saxena (San Francisco Bay Area). It includes a few interactive tools — a meeting scheduler, a private applications tracker, and a “share to unlock” feature that gates certain downloads behind a LinkedIn share. This policy explains what information is collected through the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. I respect your privacy and only collect what is needed to make these features work.

The site collects information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. If you book a meeting, you provide your name, email address, time zone, and any notes you add. If you contact me by email, I receive whatever you choose to send.
• “Share to Unlock” data.If you use the LinkedIn share-to-unlock feature, you authorize the site’s LinkedIn application. With your permission, it publishes a post to your LinkedIn feed and, in return, unlocks a download. The site stores your LinkedIn name, the email associated with your LinkedIn account, a reference to the post that was created, and the date/time — so the download stays unlocked for you and so I know which content was shared.
• Automatically collected data. Like most websites, standard technical information (such as browser type and a non-precise approximation of activity) may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and secure the site. A small number of functional cookies are used (see Cookies below).

• To schedule, confirm, and manage meetings you request.
• To deliver gated downloads after a LinkedIn share, and to keep them unlocked for you on return visits.
• To respond to messages you send.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site.

Your information is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.

The share-to-unlock feature uses LinkedIn’s official APIs. A post is only ever published after you sign in to LinkedIn and approve it — the exact text is shown to you beforehand. The feature posts only to your own feed using the w_member_social permission; it cannot and does not read your connections, messages, or other private LinkedIn data, and it never posts without your explicit authorization. You can delete any post directly from LinkedIn at any time.

The site relies on a small set of reputable processors to function. Each handles data under its own privacy terms:

• Supabase — database and file storage for bookings and unlock records.
• Google Calendar — to create and manage scheduled meetings (only if you book one).
• Resend — to send meeting confirmation and notification emails.
• LinkedIn — sign-in and publishing for the share-to-unlock feature.
• The site’s hosting provider — to serve the website.

The site uses a small number of functional cookies only — for example, to remember that you have unlocked a download so you are not asked to share again, and to keep private admin areas signed in. These are necessary for the features to work. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, booking records to manage meetings, and unlock records to keep your download accessible. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Your rights).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information the site holds about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email saxena.satwick@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

The site and its service providers are operated primarily in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

This site is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
