The arc

Role by role, from a Siebel CRM seat in 2006 to an agentic-AI startup in 2026.

Twenty years. Three countries. Two AI-native companies. Every chapter has been about selling or building products that didn't have an established buying category yet — programmatic media in 2008, OTT video in 2014, conversational AI in 2016, agentic AI in 2024.

  1. Revenoid

    Mar 2024 – May 2026
    Co-Founder & Head of Sales
    San Francisco Bay Area
    17 logos · $580K ARR · 18 months

AI agent orchestration for outbound sales teams. Every deal a customer's first AI tool purchase, every cycle a procurement-and-InfoSec gauntlet, every champion looking for cover from a CRO who hadn't bought an AI product before.

I closed 17 enterprise and mid-market logos in 18 months at a $34K average ACV — Docebo, PDI Technologies, VWO, Pinnacle Technology Resources, HireEZ, ASAPP, MappedIn. Founder-led, full-cycle, from cold outbound through SOC 2 / DPA / sub-processor reviews.

I built Revenoid's GTM motion from zero: ICP, the UrgencyIQ account-scoring framework, our MEDDICC playbook, the demo motion, the security review packet, and the 90-day customer adoption framework. At the most representative deployments, customers hit 90%+ rep adoption and +25% pipeline in the first four weeks.

  2. EvaBot

    Mar 2022 – Feb 2024
Co-Founder & Head of Sales and Marketing
    San Francisco Bay Area
Cigna · Anthem · 3 of top 5 US mortgage brokerages

EvaBot's enterprise chapter. Series A, expansion stage, and the moment we had to move from PLG to a real multi-stakeholder enterprise motion.

I closed Cigna and Anthem in an HR/Sales-targeted enterprise motion — procurement, MSA negotiation, InfoSec, the works — adding $300K+ ARR. Landed 3 of the top 5 US mortgage brokerages and expanded 3 customers past $1M ARR through executive sponsorship and consumption-led upsell.

Built the mid-market AE function from zero: first SDR onboarding and training program, first hires, first management cadence.

  3. EvaBot

    Mar 2016 – Feb 2022
    Co-Founder & Head of Growth
San Francisco Bay Area · Boost VC alum
    Zero → first $500K customer in 2021

I co-founded EvaBot in 2016 as one of the first B2B applications of conversational AI — before "chatbot" was a category and a decade before "AI-native" was a marketing term.

I hand-sold the first 50 customers in person in the real-estate vertical. Built our first scalable GTM channel — PLG via Facebook Ads — and hit 30% MoM growth in 2018, 2x revenue in 2019, CAC:LTV of 4 with payback under 60 days.

Hired and scaled our first three SDRs in 2020-21 to launch outbound, and doubled revenue again in 2021. EvaBot was named to multiple watchlists during this period — Realogy's Top 10 Startups (2018), Inman's Top 9 to Watch (2018), and was covered by VentureBeat, Huffington Post, the San Francisco Business Times, and IndiaWest.

  4. Disney Star

    Jan 2014 – Mar 2016
    AVP, Digital Media
    Mumbai
    $1M → $10M+ budget · Hotstar launch team

Built the first dedicated digital media team for India's largest TV network. Scaled the annual digital budget from $1M to $10M+ in 12 months across Google, Facebook, programmatic exchanges, and the early attribution stack.

On the launch team for Hotstar — 1M installs in 6 days, 10M in 40 days — and for StarSports.com, which topped the 2014 Super Bowl streaming record. The Hotstar launch remains one of the largest digital product launches in Indian internet history.

  5. Indigo Consulting · Thmbstrk

    Mar 2008 – Dec 2013
AVP Strategy & Client Servicing / Business Head, Thmbstrk
    Mumbai (Leo Burnett, post-acquisition)
    3 Abby Awards · 130% NRR · 7 net new logos

Founded Thmbstrk, Indigo's mobile marketing unit. Won 3 Abby Awards (HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kolkata Knight Riders), signed 7 net new logos, grew bookings 110% / 105% / 120% YoY across 2011-2013.

Promoted to AVP, Strategy & Client Servicing in 2013 — 130% NRR on existing logos and 3 net new logos. Earlier, as Program Manager, built and delivered digital programs for Barclays and Standard Chartered Bank.

  6. Dentsu · Last Minute Media

    Oct 2008 – Jul 2010
Head of Inventory & Senior Manager
    Mumbai
    50+ media-owner logos · $2M+ monthly transaction volume

Founding team of one of India's first programmatic media trading platforms. Signed 50+ new media-owner logos in one year — 160% above inventory growth target.

Launched the core trading engine; hit $2M+ monthly transaction volume within nine months.

  7. Infosys Technologies

    Sep 2006 – Feb 2008
Software Engineer · Enterprise Solutions Unit, CRM Practice
    Chandigarh, India
Siebel CRM · British Telecom · Unisys Japan

Started here. Siebel CRM developer on transformational projects for Unisys Japan and British Telecom. The technical foundation I still draw on — enterprise software architecture, integration patterns, how big-company buyers actually evaluate software — came from this seat.
